Operation: Rescue California

Napa Valley

As if Covid 19 wasn’t enough, Napa Valley has been subject to a number of wildfires yet again (as they were devastated just three short years ago in 2017).  Besides hoping their vineyards, facilities, and homes are unaffected by the wildfires, producers face the daunting challenge of managing harvest amidst fire and smoke.  We want to do our part to send some love and support to our Northern neighbors – so our Wine Director (Matt McKinney) is curating an all Napa Valley wine pairing for dinner this coming Wednesday.  Below are the wines that will be featured with dinner – all from small, family owned, independent wineries in Napa Valley.

2018 Cliff Lede

Sauvignon Blanc

Napa Valley, California

(Founded 2002, 2nd Generation)

2016 Truchard Vineyards

Pinot Noir

Carneros (Napa Valley), California

(Founded 1989, 2nd Generation)

2017 ZD Wines

Cabernet Sauvignon

Napa Valley , California

(Founded 1969, 3rd Generation)

ZD Wines

‘Rosa Lee’s Sweet Whim’

Port-style Wine

Napa Valley, California

The price for Dinner (including food and wine pairing) is $140 (a $160 value).  As usual, our Sommelier will offer details regarding each wine throughout the evening.  Help keep California in business, and support Napa Valley.
